This is an entry level job and all training will be provided in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, servicing, and maintaining commercial refrigeration, cooking equipment, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. You will learn to help prevent system failures, extend equipment lifespan, and support the seamless operation of our clients' facilities. Responsibilities Duties Conduct regular preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration units, including walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and HVAC systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools like ohmmeters, and mechanical inspection techniques. Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, electrical components, and mechanical systems to maintain optimal functionality. Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Skills Understanding of schematics, electrical diagnostics (including use of ohmmeters), and mechanical troubleshooting techniques. Ability to perform HVAC system maintenance, Skilled in the use of hand tools and mechanical systems repair equipment for effective troubleshooting and repairs.
