Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Beverage Technician to join our team! The Commercial Beverage Service Technician will hold the responsibility to offer comprehensive service solutions for restaurants and / or commercial store servicing ice machines, hot and cold beverage machines, and ice cream and frozen beverage machines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair beverage systems Complete Service Calls in a timely manner Provide Preventative Maintenance on all commercial equipment Treat Customers with professional courtesy and respect Communicate effectively with manager, dispatcher and customer Inspect and maintain company provided service vehicle Order parts to complete service calls Complete paper work in an efficient effective manner Attend all continuous training sessions Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Previous experience maintaining / repairing , refrigeration, and fountain beverage machines including ice machines, frozen beverage machines, ice cream machines, coffee and tea , water management, beer equipment, etc. Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
