Up to 20 days per year based on experience + paid holidays Year-round stability•no seasonal layoffs or downtime What You'll Do Lead installation , start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of commercial refrigeration systems (racks, cases, walk-ins, chillers) Supervise parallel rack evacuations and ensure pressure tests are complete EMS wiring & programming (CPC, Novar, Danfoss, etc.) Oversee retro-commissioning and EMS upgrades for utility programs Run small projects like case swaps, condenser changeouts, and gas conversions Mentor and guide junior techs and installers Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and on-time performance What You Bring 4-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration start-up, EMS troubleshooting and installation 2-4 years of Lead/Foreman experience managing refrigeration installation crews a plus 3+ years of experience with supermarket EMS systems ; strong programming and wiring knowledge preferred Experience with CO2 and glycol refrigeration systems Ability to read blueprints (refrigeration, electrical, plumbing) EPA Certification and OSHA 10 preferred Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed A valid driver's license and strong organizational skills Why Wood Air?
