About Us:

Hyland Filter Service is a regional air filtration company that has been a part of Louisville for over 30 years. We are growing and looking for multiple people to add to our team. At Hyland Filter Service we change air filters on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment as well as refrigeration equipment and paint booths. The majority of the time our employees work alone so we are looking for reliable and self-motivated employees to join our team. We work both locally and in the surrounding region so overnight travel is involved, typically no more than 1-2 nights per week. All applicants must be able to work outside in the elements and climb 20-28 foot extension ladders in order to access HVAC units on top of commercial buildings. Previous HVAC experience is a plus but not a requirement, we spend the first two weeks training our employees to ensure both their safety and success at Hyland Filter.
