This individual will lead service technicians, manage day-to-day field operations, support customers, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage and support a team of commercial refrigeration service technicians Oversee scheduling, manpower, and daily service operations Provide technical troubleshooting and field support Manage emergency and scheduled service calls Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve service issues Review service work, labor, materials, and overall job performance Support quoting and estimating for repairs, replacements, and small projects Recruit, train, and develop refrigeration technicians Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams Qualifications Strong commercial/industrial refrigeration service background Previous experience leading or managing HVAC/R service technicians preferred Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, equipment, controls, and troubleshooting Experience with compressors, condensers, evaporators, walk-ins, rack systems, and related equipment Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills EPA certification preferred Valid driver's license
