We have an opening for a detail-oriented Service Technician with high mechanical aptitude, trouble-shooting skills, and people skills to perform various repairs & service on commercial cleaning equipment (as listed above). The ideal candidate would also be willing to assist occasionally in the day-to-day operations of a small business. Duties to include, but not limited to: Troubleshooting / diagnosing customer's equipment (in-house or at customer locations). Explaining equipment issues to the customer and obtaining customer's approval for repairs. Completing the approved repairs thoroughly and maintaining the proper service documentation. The safe and proper handling of commercial detergents and cleaning chemicals. Keeping a safe, clean and organized work area.

( The following items can be acquired with training that is provided, previous experience is always a plus, but not required) Knowledge of Small engines and electrical motor drive systems Diesel-fired and natural gas burner systems Positive displacement and centrifugal water pumps Electrical Troubleshooting abilities This position includes both shop and field service time so a clean driving record and valid drivers license is required.
