Full Job Description Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial/Commercial Service Technician specializing in HVAC to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be successful in this role if you have strong technical skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field. Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repair including hands-on work with rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and package units common in commercial/light industrial settings Experience diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and refrigeration principles Experience with preventive maintenance programs (filter changes, coil cleaning, belt/motor inspections, refrigerant checks) Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel within a company vehicle to different site locations within the region Excellent communication and customer service skills EPA Universal Certification required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Nice to have: • Journeyman or Master HVAC license Experience with building automation systems (BAS)

Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, etc.) Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests in a timely manner Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts/labor documentation Communicate professionally with clients regarding system status and recommendations Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies Keep service vehicle and equipment organized and well-maintained
