Manufacturing Job Posting #2209116 The Role Under supervision, performs and inspects preventive maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery. This is a position that requires the ability to constantly learn new skills for maintaining and repairing Robotic equipment in an everchanging field of expertise. Must possess ability to apply pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical principles to all equipment in a cold storage warehouse environment. What You'll Do Ensure compliance to Food Safety and Quality Programs and Processes. Complete all job duties in accordance with any applicable: Safety Procedures/Policies, Work Documents such as: Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Works, Talking Points, Best Practices, Verbal Instructions from Freezer leadership Robotics- With assistance as needed, troubleshoot, replace, disassemble, repair, perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance and overhaul all equipment associated with the Kuka Robots.
- Troubleshoot, replace, disassemble, repair, perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance and overhaul all equipment associated with the Dock and Load-out areas.
- Troubleshoot, replace, disassemble, repair, perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance and overhaul all equipment associated with the Sprinkler System.
- Emerging understanding of concepts and applications of mechanics. Must pass the written assessment of Electric Tech 1. Skills
- Must be able to read, write, and solve math problems. Must be capable of generating and processing work on a computerized maintenance management system. Must have adequate computer skills and manual dexterity. Should have basic ability with small hand tools. Must participate in further education and certifications as deemed appropriate for this Tech Level. Abilities
