The technician will visit locations to perform basic monthly cleaning and preventive maintenance on refrigerators, freezers, heating systems, and air-conditioning systems. The technician must be able to troubleshoot equipment, accurately diagnose problems, and report what repairs or parts are needed. Major repairs are not required. The primary responsibility is preventive maintenance and diagnosing issues. Applicants must have reliable transportation, their own basic tools, and the ability to work independently. This is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace. Employees must report to work fit for duty and may not use, possess, or be impaired by alcohol, illegal drugs, cannabis, or any other impairing substance during working hours, while driving for work, or at any job site. Pay is $150 per day for the first 90 days. Compensation may be renegotiated after the introductory period based on performance and experience.
