EPA Certification, Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as a key operational leader driving the growth and technical excellence of our commercial service department. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of technicians while fostering a supportive, safety-focused culture built on career development and quality workmanship. You will directly influence customer satisfaction and department success across the Columbus region. How You Will Make an Impact Direct, mentor, and support a team of 10-15 commercial service technicians to ensure operational excellence. Coordinate technician scheduling and daily dispatching to optimize response times and service call completion. Manage resource allocation across ongoing projects in close collaboration with office operations staff. Drive technician recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and retention to support ongoing team growth. Provide ongoing technical coaching and training programs to elevate team capability and career advancement. Monitor key performance metrics, service quality, and productivity to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Experience 4 to 8 years of service management or equivalent operational leadership experience in the trade. Hands-on technical background servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Active EPA Certification. Proven track record of recruiting, training, and retaining skilled field technicians. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and commercial service management software platforms. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment. Advanced leadership background overseeing field logistics in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000.
