The Solomon Organization has an opening for an HVAC Specialist/Maintenance Technician for Kensington Club Apartments located in Lancaster, PA. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years previous experience with
HEATING, COOLING, AND HOT WATER HEATER REPAIR/REPLACEMENT. EPA
Type I and/or II certifications
REQUIRED.
Pay commensurate with experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Perform diagnosis/repair/replacement/preventative maint of HVAC equipment Perform on-call for HVAC-related emergencies Must be able to work on both electric and gas equipment Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must own some basic tools for use on the job Vehicle provided during work hours for work-related travel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work full time 40 hours per week Minimum 4 years actual hands on experience Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business disciplines

certifications

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, and minor hazards.
