About the Role We are looking for a Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our field service team. While our ideal candidate has an established background in commercial refrigeration. If you have strong mechanical aptitude but are tired of unpredictable flat-rate pay scales and crazy hours, your skills translate perfectly to this role. We are more than happy to take on mechanics and teach you the refrigeration trade. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems. You'll use your technical skills and strong customer service mindset to keep our clients' operations running safely and efficiently while enjoying a fantastic work-life balance. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair malfunctions in commercial refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, etc.). Order and install replacement parts as needed to complete repairs. Repair, replace, and calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring. Participate in our on-call rotation (approximately one weekend per month). Required Qualifications (

Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration repair (preferred).

Licenses:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Up to $45.00 per hour
