High SchoolResponsibilities Execute routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on steam-producing units, ventilation, refrigeration, and pneumatic installations. Evaluate assigned tasks, organize priorities according to designated schedules, and execute work efficiently. Partner closely with internal technical teams and site stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. Maintain active communication and timely follow-ups regarding ongoing repairs and inspections. Monitor and react promptly to dispatch notifications, urgent alarms, and critical system alerts. Keep precise logs of safety audits, maintenance histories, and operational reports. Uphold all organizational standards, risk mitigation strategies, and strict privacy guidelines. Keep work spaces, shop areas, and assigned tools clean, safe, and well-maintained. Report any major machinery issues immediately to leadership. Utilize supplies efficiently and care for specialized equipment to prevent unnecessary costs. Participate in continuous professional training. Provide shift coverage during staff absences, showing flexibility for evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as necessary.
