Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a McDonald's Refrigeration Technician located in Richardson, TX. The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration systems in our restaurants. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all systems comply with safety and operational standards. Clear communication with store management to provide updates and recommendations is essential. Qualifications Experience in Refrigeration maintenance and repair Knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostics Must be Authorized to Work in the United States Must be willing to complete a background check Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in the food service industry is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid certification in Refrigeration Must be willing to travel around the DFW to our various locations (Company Van included) Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required
