Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Refrigeration Manager to lead industrial refrigeration, utilities, maintenance, and compliance operations across multiple food manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities Lead industrial ammonia refrigeration operations, maintenance, and reliability. Manage PSM (Process Safety Management) programs, compliance, audits, and safety requirements. Oversee refrigeration and utility teams, including managers, operators, and maintenance personnel. Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, boilers, compressors, pumps, PLCs, water treatment, R/O systems, and utility equipment . Support operation and maintenance of spiral freezers and other food manufacturing equipment. Ensure equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safe operations across multiple facilities. Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Extensive industrial ammonia refrigeration experience. Strong, hands-on knowledge of PSM and refrigeration machinery . Food manufacturing experience required.

RETA Ammonia Certification required:

CARO, CIRO, CRES, CRST, or RAI. Experience with boilers, air compressors, pumps, water systems, water treatment, PLCs, and utility systems . Proven experience managing refrigeration/maintenance teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel approximately 40% between Texas and Virginia facilities .

Pay:

$120,000.70 - $140,000.89 per year
