We're looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician who takes pride in solving problems, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering quality work. If you're looking for a stable career with a respected company—not just another job—we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment. Service walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers and freezers, prep tables, ice machines, display cases, and other commercial refrigeration systems. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently. Recommend equipment repairs, replacements, and system upgrades when appropriate. Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle. Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, emergency service calls, and job completion. Complete work orders using a tablet or smartphone. Build strong relationships by providing honest, professional customer service. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. QualificationsRequired Minimum of 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience EPA Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently while working as part of a team Comfortable using a tablet or smartphone Preferred Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Why Join WSC White Service Company?
