Competitive pay range of $29 to $43 with overtime opportunities Company Vehicle Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives What you will do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems Service and maintain evaporative condensers, control systems, and refrigeration equipment Perform preventive maintenance and inspections according to customer agreements Rebuild and repair commercial and industrial compressors Utilize mobile technology to document work orders, inspections, and service activities Communicate regularly with service coordinators regarding job status and customer needs Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment What we are looking for: EPA 608 Universal Certification (required upon hire) At least 5 years of refrigeration, HVAC, or service technician experience Experience working on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems Knowledge of IIAR, RETA, and OSHA safety standards Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply ColonialWebb stands as a prominent leader in the commercial and industrial mechanical and electrical contracting industry, boasting an unparalleled reputation in the region.
