Talento Search Group has an opening for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Norfolk, Virginia area. This is a direct-hire, 1st shift position and the pay range is $25 - $30 per hour (may be flexible), depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

PM maintenance on facility and material handling equipment Troubleshoot/repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gears, chain driven, PLC troubleshooting, and refrigeration systems Ability read electrical schematics Ensure safety and product standards adherence Troubleshoot / repair various types of material handling equipment

Experience Needed:

At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a logistics/warehouse or food manufacturing environment Good working knowledge mechanically and electrically Experience with forklift operations and general repair Experience with ammonia & freon refrigeration systems a plus
