Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building up, installing, maintaining, and servicing refrigeration systems in a variety of commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of Refrigeration systems , as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently . You will play a crucial role in ensuring our refrigeration units operate effectively while meeting safety and industry standards.

Who We're Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of experience in refrigeration or HVAC with strong refrigeration skills. ✔ Proven expertise in installing walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines. ✔ Turnkey technicians can earn $100K+ in their first year. ✔ Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications . ✔ Experience in plumbing, welding, and electrical troubleshooting is a plus. ✔ A problem solver who takes ownership of every project and gets the job done right. ✔ Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Build and install refrigeration systems according to industry specifications. Maintain and service existing refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance . Weld and fabricate components as needed to repair refrigeration systems. Use diagnostic tools (such as an Ohmmeter) to troubleshoot electrical issues . Plumb refrigeration lines and ensure proper installation for efficiency. Collaborate with other technicians and mechanics to complete projects. Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all industry regulations. Drive company vans to various job sites, transporting tools and equipment as needed. On-Call Rotation
