Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Requires 3 years of HVAC service to apply.Responsibilities:
- 40+ hours pay based on experience.
- Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with equipment
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances, HVAC systems, and other equipment
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems
- Test equipment functionality after repairs are completed
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in HVAC is preferred 3 years of service
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong HVAC knowledge and experience with HVAC/R systems
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure repairs are completed accurately
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and explain repairs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
