Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Repair Technician to support our Javelin electrical assembly, testing, and repair operations in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role will provide ongoing support to the Warfighter by ensuring training devices are fully operational and in superior working condition. This is a fully on-site position in Huntsville, AL. What You'll Do Assemble, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical assemblies Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment Interpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentation Document repairs and test results Support quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts Work in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standards Maintain clean, organized work areas consistent with 5S and lean practices Escalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when encountering unfamiliar defects or failures What We're Looking For 0-4 years of electronics assembly or repair experience Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Basic understanding of Javelin parts and capabilities preferred Ability to read schematics and follow controlled processes Basic understanding of ESD controls and safe handling practices Active SECRET security clearance Ability to lift 25-40 lbs. as required Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
