MOBILE, ALABAMA LOCATION
is looking for motivated and charismatic employees to add to our
REPAIR DEPARTMENT!
Individuals must be goal-oriented, provide customer service, be dependable, punctual, be well listeners, have communication skills (customers, staff, managers), and have a willingness to learn new skills. New hires will work one-on-one with customers in person and virtually, making customer service the top priority. The job is 8 hour shift 5 days week off Sunday and one more day but will not be Saturday or Friday we will train you.. 90 days probation period.
TO START AT THIS PAY YOU NEED TO HAVE EXPERIANCE.
Requirements include : High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must have a reliable form of transportation; It is optional to have an attached resume to the job application or bring a physical resume to the store for job consideration.
Experience preferred:
Cell Phone Repair, Video Game Repair, Video Game Console Repair, Video Game Handheld Repair, Retail, Customer Service Experience interested in (not required): Soldering, Microsoft Office
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to use all Store equipment (including, not limited to): Registers/Point-of-Sales, Computers, Scanners, Printers Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop with or without added weight. Ability to regularly reach above shoulders and overhead. Ability to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry more than 20lbs. For example (but not limited to): working with pallets, merchandise, boxes of multi-products, shelving, and carts of stock. Ability to use cleaning supplies/cleaning chemicals, cleaning equipment, rolling racks, step stools, step ladders, and other occasionally assigned supplies for navigating back stock. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (including but not limited to): addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and calculating change manually; all skills found within a traditional retail department. Ability to use a basic keyboard and type professionally and proficiently for sales and repair data entry, customer information input, and use of Point of Sales and Inventory systems.
REPAIR DEPARTMENT
Ability to sit for shifts at a time, continuously in front of a computer screen Ability to use hands steadily and effectively with small tools and components Ability to organize and clean screws, ties, tools, part pieces, inventories, and repaired products Ability to effectively and confidently communicate repair processes to customers, coworkers, management Ability to clean desk after each use and in between customer products Ability to multitask while assembling, disassembling, note-taking, and providing quality repair service Ability to support store productivity in a time-efficient manner, including following through with each task and repair assigned to the applicant Ability to maintain a professional and confidential stance as a representative of the store during assigned shifts and while handling customer devices and information Certain assignments or cross-training to other departments may require other qualifications and skills not listed above . Pay is based on prior experience when being considered for the Repair Department. All employees begin in our Retail Department before cross-training to other departments and specialties.
