Key Responsibilities Install various types of low-voltage electronic devices Pull and terminate network cabling Use a laptop and other test equipment provided Use ladder to access cable runs Test and label network drops Assist with installing and supporting integrated systems and devices Maintain accurate documentation of work performed Ensure job sites are left clean and professional Provide excellent customer service during all field interactions Maintain required certifications and training as prescribed by management Additional Duties and Responsibilities Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction Respond promptly to client requests Work effectively and communicate clearly with team members Enter all expenses and time worked to appropriate service tickets Operate under the direct supervision of an on-site manager Travel to job sites within the state of Alabama and surrounding locations Overnight stay when needed based on project/job location Enter on-call rotation (dependent upon specific role and responsibilities) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties and meet the requirements below, with reasonable accommodation available for individuals with disabilities. AM M-F Work Hours:

8AM-5PM Mon-Fri (may vary based on deadlines)

Paid Time Off:
