Crain Volkswagen 2011 Foxglove Dr, Fayetteville, AR, 72074 Job Summary Crain Volkswagen is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for automotive technology and a commitment to quality service, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications. Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues. Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently and accurately. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with Volkswagen or similar brands. Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools and software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
