Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing HVAC equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex machinery. You will work hands-on with HVAC systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Conduct equipment repairs including welding, electrical diagnostics, high voltage repairs, and replacement of faulty parts using appropriate tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, maintenance history, and equipment status updates accurately. Assist in the installation of new machinery or upgrades by interpreting technical schematics and performing precise welding ( welding if applicable). Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze system performance data and recommend improvements for industrial maintenance processes. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with internal teams or external clients regarding repair status or technical issues. Experience Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, equipment repair, hydraulic systems, pneumatic troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation. Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and industrial electrician skills is highly desirable. Knowledge of CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking is preferred. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams accurately. Demonstrated skills in using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
