Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cell Phone and Device Repair Technician to join our team in Springdale, AR, to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of electronic devices.

Full-time Monday through Friday with potential shift to Tuesday through Saturday dependent upon company needs

Tuesday:

Wednesday:

Thursday:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including cell phones and tablets with an emphasis on Apple products.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic device issues. Perform hardware and software repairs. Replace damaged parts, including screens, batteries, and other components. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and repair techniques. Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts. Sell accessories, devices and set up payment plans. Occasional Alternating responsibilities with sales associate for opening and closing the retail store (as needed).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in electronic device repair, preferably with cell phones and tablets. Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with both hardware and software troubleshooting. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
