We're growing and looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team. Job Summary TCR Rooter is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including drain cleaning, water heater repair / installation, leak detection, pipe repair, fixture installation. Pay & Schedule Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, or commission structure

Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. / On-call rotation / Weekends rotation

Location:

Flagstaff, AZ and Northern Territories Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties, including drain cleaning, water heater repair / installation, pipe repair, fixture installation, water leak diagnose and repair. Respond to service calls and provide accurate estimates to customers. Perform quality installations and repairs in line with local plumbing codes and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions. Complete accurate paperwork / digital records for each job, including parts used and time on-site. Participate in on-call / emergency rotation. Requirements 4+ years of plumbing experience (residential / commercial). Residing in Flagstaff, AZ or willing to relocate Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a must. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, or outdoor conditions.
