Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Depot Repair Technician to support the repair, refurbishment, modification, troubleshooting, and acceptance testing of electro-mechanical components and systems at an aerospace and defense support facility in Gilbert, Arizona. The technician will perform hands-on repair and fault isolation across mechanical, electrical, structural, and hydraulic subsystems while working from engineering drawings, schematics, repair procedures, and military specifications. Key Responsibilities Perform depot-level repair, rework, modification, and refurbishment of system components. Troubleshoot and perform fault isolation on mechanical, electrical, structural, and hydraulic subsystems. Conduct acceptance testing of components and complete systems. Operate automated and general-purpose test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, and waveform generators. Set up and operate conventional milling machines and drill presses for mechanical repair and rework. Use precision measurement equipment to verify components against engineering specifications and tolerances. Repair cables and harnesses using applicable soldering techniques. Perform work in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, repair procedures, field advisory bulletins, and installation procedures. Document repair and maintenance activities in automated maintenance data systems. Provide technical feedback on electro-mechanical components to support reliability improvements. Properly handle hazardous materials and chemicals while using required PPE. Perform safety wiring of assemblies and connectors. Communicate effectively with engineering, production, and other technical teams. Required Qualifications Associate degree in a related technical discipline or 5-8 years of relevant experience. 3-5 years of experience with

solder certification and cable/harness repair. 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting and performing fault isolation using general-purpose or automated test equipment. 3-5 years of experience operating test equipment. 3-5 years of experience with industrial standards, military specifications, and industry processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to work with hazardous materials and chemicals. Ability to mix and weigh chemicals. Ability to properly safety-wire assemblies and connectors. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with J-STD-001, IPC-7711, and/or

IPC-7721.

Experience with aerospace and defense repair or depot-level maintenance. Experience working with electro-mechanical systems and components. Experience with automated test equipment and precision measurement tools. BI03
