Job Description

Repair Technician I Pay Rate:
$18.00
  • $20.00 an hour (DOE) Mon
  • Fri 7AM
  • 3PM We are seeking an entry-level Repair Technician I to join our technical team.
In this position, you will be responsible for completing repairs on wireless headsets and specialized audio/surveillance equipment using established technical procedures and circuit diagrams. Key Responsibilities Perform component-level repair and testing on electronic assemblies. Execute Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering and rework techniques. Maintain accuracy and organization with general inventory control. Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and meet daily repair goals. Required Qualifications Excellent soldering skills (SMT and through-hole). Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication skills. High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in electronics troubleshooting down to the component level (or equivalent training). Associate's degree in Electronics or comparable military technical training. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus.
