Qualifications Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the equipment rental industry.
- Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in rental equipment.
- Experience with routine maintenance and servicing of a variety of equipment types.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
