SUMMARY :
In this role the Service Lead will perform the daily duties of a Filter Service Technician. In addition, this position will include the responsibility of scheduling for daily service routes for the entire team, pull orders for the next day's service, and assist customer service with completing the orders at the end of each day. Establishing attention to detail and accountability in all facets of the service department. Create industry leading service levels in-line with Camfil core values and standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position: Scheduling service technicians daily work assignments. Assigning service technicians routes and daily tasks. Pulling materials for service technician's routes for the next day's assignments. Assist the service team with multifaceted service jobs. Assist the sales team with site surveys for prospective and new customers. Orders supplies for the service department. Perform quality inspections. Department lead for workplace safety practices. Return all unused filters and materials back to stock per standard work. Must be comfortable with heights over 40 feet. Able to meet 225 lb. ladder restriction. Work independently and as a team. Able to work indoors as well outdoors in all weather and high temperatures conditions. Willing to work the occasional weekend project. Responsible for maintaining filter lists and documenting changes as needed. Regular communication with account manager of current status and proposed improvements to enhance customers facilities. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED preferred. 3+ years' experience in field service work as a Lead Supervisor. Familiarity with warehouse environment and equipment. Experience with scheduling, creating routes, and assigning jobs preferred. Clean/valid driver's license. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software including Excel and Word. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication skills, and keen attention to detail. Ambitious, personal accountability, customer driven, optimistic with a positive attitude and always a high level of integrity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warehouse, manufacturing plant, office environments, varying outdoor weather conditions, and heights (rooftops).
