We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable roofer who is comfortable diagnosing, repairing, and servicing all major roofing systems on both residential and commercial properties. This is not an entry-level position . Candidates must have hands-on roofing experience and be able to properly identify leaks, determine the source of roofing problems, recommend repairs, and complete quality service work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair roof leaks and other roofing-related issues Perform residential and commercial roof repairs Inspect roofing systems and accurately identify problem areas Complete emergency and routine service calls Perform preventative maintenance and roof repairs Complete flashing, penetration, drain, scupper, edge-metal, and waterproofing repairs Repair damaged or missing roofing materials Document roof conditions, repairs, and recommendations with photos and detailed notes Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, building owners, and C&N Roofing staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements Properly use ladders, fall-protection equipment, hand tools, and power tools Maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and service vehicle Complete assigned service calls efficiently while maintaining C&N Roofing's quality standards Roofing Experience Required Applicants should have experience working with multiple roofing systems, including: Tile roofing Shingle roofing Modified bitumen Built-up roofing (BUR)

REQUIRED

Roofing service and repair experience strongly preferred Must be able to troubleshoot leaks and determine the actual source of water intrusion Knowledge of both residential and commercial roofing systems Ability to perform repairs independently Comfortable working at heights and in Arizona weather conditions Ability to safely lift and carry roofing materials, ladders, tools, and equipment Strong attention to detail and workmanship Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We're Looking For We need a technician who understands that roofing service is more than simply patching a leak .
