Kooler Ice, Inc.—a leader in the rapidly growing ice and water vending industry—is seeking a dedicated Vending Technician to join our team in the Phoenix/Maricopa County area. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing the job right, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be reliable, honest, mechanically inclined, and ready to take on a demanding schedule that includes weekends, overtime, and occasional callouts. Position Details Schedule :

Friday-Wednesday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with after-hours or weekend callouts as needed)

Pay :

$22.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Vehicle & Training Provided Job Type :

Full-time What You'll Do Maintain, clean, and repair vending machines on a scheduled route throughout Maricopa County Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs Refill machine inventory and monitor stock levels using a company-provided iPhone app Conduct water quality tests and maintain filtration systems (Carbon, Sediment, and RO) Keep accurate service records and document all machine activity Respond to machine alarms or urgent repair needs after hours when required Operate with safety first and follow all company procedures Represent Kooler Ice with professionalism, honesty, and pride in your work What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job right every time A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently Mechanical/electrical experience or knowledge of motors, gears, or sensors Comfortable with hand tools and performing physical tasks Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in hot/cold environments, and in tight spaces Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Clean driving record and valid driver's license Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed Prior experience in vending, HVAC, or equipment repair is a plus Forklift certification preferred, but not required Benefits 401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Health savings account Life insurance Location Position is based in the Phoenix, AZ area.
