We're known for clean work, consistent volume, and a high-end customer experience. The shop is modern, organized, and climate-conscious — we offer flexible hours to stay productive in the AZ heat. Position Overview We're looking for a true Technician — someone who owns the diagnostic bay, handles complex repairs, and keeps the shop operating at a high level. You'll also help occasionally with customers and parts, and be a go-to leader in the shop. Responsibilities Perform all diagnostic work and complex mechanical repairs Work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision Assist with customer communication and part sourcing when needed Lead by example in work quality, cleanliness, and accountability Support a productive shop culture — low drama, high output Provide video multi-point inspections Qualifications 3-4+ years experience with BMW or Mercedes-Benz vehicles Confident in diagnosing drivetrain, electrical, and module issues Professional, reliable, and able to manage your own workflow Familiarity with ISTA, Xentry, and/or equivalent tools Clean and organized work habits — must take pride in your bay Compensation &• Perks• A/C Shop Bonus Incentive Compensation Plan for Performance Flexible hours to stay cool and productive in Arizona heat No weekends - maintain work-life balance Clean, fully equipped shop with strong customer base Relaxed, professional shop environment — no micromanagement
