Purpose Deliver exceptional recurring filter cleaning services by maintaining customer filtration systems, ensuring route efficiency, supporting customer retention, and protecting equipment performance. This role is responsible for completing scheduled services safely, accurately, and on time while providing a positive customer experience and maintaining company assets. Key Contributions Perform recurring filter cleaning services according to established schedules and company service standards. Thoroughly clean, inspect, and reassemble filtration systems to ensure proper operation and equipment performance. Maintain route efficiency and ensure scheduled customer services are completed on time. Accurately document completed services, equipment conditions, and customer needs within company software systems. Identify and communicate repair, maintenance, or service opportunities to management. Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, chemicals, and inventory required to perform daily service activities. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and weekly truck inspections while reporting maintenance concerns promptly. Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers during each service visit. Follow all company safety procedures, vehicle safety requirements, and operational standards.
Success Metrics Route Completion:
Complete =98% of scheduled filter cleaning services on time each month.
Quality & Compliance:
Maintain =95% quality audit scores with proper filter cleaning, reassembly, documentation, and equipment operation standards.
Customer Satisfaction:
Achieve =90% customer satisfaction through service quality, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Safety & Vehicle Compliance:
Complete daily and weekly vehicle inspections with 100% compliance and maintain a safe driving record.
Documentation Accuracy:
Maintain =98% accuracy and completion of service records, notes, and required paperwork.
Attendance & Reliability:
Maintain =97% attendance and punctuality for scheduled workdays and service appointments. Growth Impact Improves customer retention through consistent, high-quality recurring maintenance services.
