We're a small skincare contract manufacturer with automatic and manual, electric and pneumatic mixers, fillers, labelers, cappers, coders, and sealers. We need a skilled technician to keep them running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and write simple instruction manuals. This is not your standard 40-hour grind. • Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments on small to mid-size production equipment
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive care
• Collaborate with the Production Manager on equipment priorities
• Develop clear operation and troubleshooting guides Required Skills
• Proven experience repairing equipment (mechanical and basic electrical)
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Clear communication skills
