Tuesday-Friday SPROUTY is a Tucson-based irrigation company specializing in irrigation repair, troubleshooting, upgrades, smart controllers, drainage solutions, and water harvesting systems. No mowing. No landscape maintenance routes. No production quotas. This position is focused on irrigation, water management, troubleshooting, and related specialty services. We're looking for a dependable technician who can diagnose problems, perform quality work, communicate professionally with clients, and work independently. Advancement opportunity available for the right candidate as the company grows.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair irrigation systems Troubleshoot valves, controllers, wiring, leaks, back flow units, and pressure issues Install and upgrade irrigation systems Program and adjust smart irrigation controllers Assist with drainage and water harvesting projects Document work performed and communicate findings clearly Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work area Provide professional, courteous customer service

Qualifications:

2+ years of irrigation experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in Arizona conditions Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Able to diagnose issues and make sound field decisions with minimal supervision Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred but

Not Required:

Irrigation certifications Experience with smart irrigation controllers Drainage or water harvesting experience Bilingual (English/Spanish)
