Full Job Description Location:

Antelope Valley / Santa Clarita Valley, servicing Los Angeles County Chimney Saviors Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction / Multi-Trade Repair Technician with a strong residential construction background to join our team. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, mechanically inclined, and capable of handling a wide variety of repair and construction work. Chimney-specific experience is not required. We are willing to train an experienced tradesperson with the right construction background.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction or skilled trade experience Basic masonry experience required Experience across multiple trades, including: Roofing and roof repairs Masonry and concrete repair Metal stud and/or wood framing Light plumbing Light electrical Drywall and general finish work General residential repairs and remodeling Must have own truck and tools Must be comfortable working on roofs and at heights Must be able to work independently, troubleshoot, and problem solve in the field Valid driver's license Dependable, professional, and able to communicate well with customers and coworkers

Compensation:

$30-$35/hour, depending on experience Fuel and truck allowance provided Consistent work available for the right person Opportunity to learn a specialized skilled trade This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their work, has experience across multiple areas of construction, and can complete residential repair work with minimal supervision.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
