You're not learning how to be a residential service plumber. You already are one. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This isn't a position where we're looking to teach someone the fundamentals of residential service plumbing. We're looking for someone who can bring at least 5 years of real residential service experience to the truck from Day One.

You should already be comfortable:

Diagnosing residential plumbing problems Troubleshooting issues independently Identifying appropriate repairs and replacement solutions Communicating directly with homeowners Explaining findings in a way customers understand Presenting repair and replacement options Discussing pricing confidently Asking customers to approve recommended work Completing high-quality residential plumbing repairs Taking ownership of the customer experience The 5+ years of residential service experience matters. We're looking for someone who has already seen the problems, worked inside customers' homes, developed their technical ability, and understands what it takes to be a professional residential service plumber.

EVEN BETTER. Being technically skilled is only part of this position. A great Plumbing Service Technician also knows how to build trust. You'll diagnose the problem and then help the homeowner understand: What's wrong? What are their options? What does each option cost? What solution makes the most sense for their needs and budget? You'll be expected to confidently present those options and convert qualified service opportunities into approved work using an honest, consultative approach. No unnecessary pressure. No recommending something the customer doesn't need. Solve the problem. Educate the homeowner. Earn their trust. Ask for the work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll: Diagnose residential plumbing problems Identify appropriate repair and replacement solutions Clearly explain findings, pricing, benefits, and available options Recommend solutions based on each homeowner's needs, priorities, and budget Convert qualified service opportunities into approved work Complete repairs efficiently and maintain high workmanship standards Follow up on open estimates Accurately document completed work Maintain a clean service vehicle and professional appearance Contribute to company revenue, completion, and customer-satisfaction goals You bring the experience.
