Responsibilities Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold restoration calls. Perform water extraction and structural drying. Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment. Document moisture readings and daily drying logs. Perform selective demolition and contents protection. Follow IICRC standards and company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment. Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Required Qualifications Current IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of restoration or water mitigation experience. Knowledge of structural drying principles and moisture mapping. Experience using extraction equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and excellent customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) Experience with Encircle, DASH, MICA, or similar restoration software. Leadership experience or the ability to train junior technicians.
Compensation Starting pay:
$25.00 per hour Full-time or part-time positions available. Overtime opportunities. Performance bonuses. Paid holidays and paid time off.
