We're hiring a full-time Harley technician who wants steady work, real diagnostic jobs (not just warranty throughput), and a shop where craftsmanship matters. We specialize in performance upgrades, diagnostics, suspension setup, and American V-Twin service—not just routine maintenance work. $25-$35/hr base depending on experience. Flexible flat-rate or hourly structure depending on technician preference Tuesday-Friday full shifts + Short Saturday (OFF AT 3PM) No Sundays No late nights We offer competitive wages, year-round work, and recognition for the work you do — not just a place to punch a clock.

Service Technician Department:
Service Summary of Responsibilities Repair, customize, maintain, and diagnose Harley-Davidson and American V-Twin motorcycles. Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service. Communicate repair needs clearly, both verbally and in writing. Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship. Follow company safety standards and dress codes. Collaborate with teammates and maintain positive working relationships. Assist with shop productivity, including occasional evenings or extra shifts if needed. Required Qualifications MMI graduate OR 2+ years of dealership or professional motorcycle repair experience. General understanding of Harley-Davidson products and systems. Ability to use computer diagnostic tools. Dependable, organized, self-motivated with a positive attitude. Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and an insurable driving record (per company insurance policy). Able to work Saturdays and occasional overtime. Able to walk, push, and unload motorcycles; frequently required to stand, lift heavy objects, and stoop. Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (periodic testing may be conducted in accordance with company policy). Must provide proof of prior work experience.
