Understands, reads, and writes English. Is proficient in using the tools, equipment, and inspection aids applicable to the scope of work assigned. Understands the methods, techniques and practices outlined in the manufacturer's maintenance documents, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, service letters, specifications, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA. Understands the procedures set forth in the Repair Station Quality Manual for documenting the work performed. Can perform preliminary inspection and fault finding testing.
