In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and deliver top-notch service to our clients. Your hands-on mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills will be vital in providing reliable plumbing solutions that enhance our customers' comfort and safety. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings. Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex piping systems Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as plumbing inspection cameras and power tools. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete projects efficiently. Adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work. Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services related to plumbing and water systems. Conduct routine system maintenance and repairs on plumbing infrastructure to prevent future issues. Heavy lifting of materials and equipment is required regularly on construction sites or during installations. Skills Minimum of 3 years minimum plumbing service experience. Strong mechanical knowledge of water systems, plumbing components, and construction plumbing techniques. Experience with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing hidden pipe problems. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools safely. Knowledge of local building codes relevant to residential and commercial plumbing projects. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications.
