Position Overview We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Battery Service Technicians (BSP). In this role, you will provide critical roadside battery diagnostics, replacements, and emergency assistance to AAA members across the Inland Empire. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to AAA roadside service calls for battery testing, jump-starts, and installations. Deliver exceptional, professional customer service to AAA members in demanding situations. Adhere to all AAA program standards, safety guidelines, and service protocols. Maintain equipment, vehicle inventory, and accurate service records.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Prior AAA Battery Service Program (BSP) driver experience is strictly required .

Certifications:

Knowledge of and current/prior completion of AAA Battery Program certifications.

Licensing:

Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV driving record.

Background Check:

Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment background check.
