Resolve escalated Level 2 hardware, software, and network support tickets. Set up, repair, and deploy PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot local network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, routers, switches). Assist end-users with software updates, system setup, and basic usage. What We re

2-4 years of experience in desktop support or field IT services. Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and PC hardware. Hands-on experience using IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.).
