Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assessing, repairing, and replacing parts and components to fix any issues our customers are having with their windows. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace window components, door panels, and hardware, including sashes, door panels, hardware, operating mechanisms, caulking, adjusting product for better functionality, and trim replacement. Provide a high level of customer service and provide solutions for service issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in general maintenance Minimum of 1 year of experience performing basic home repair work, preferred Ability to work Monday-Friday. Must be available to work one Saturday per month Basic computer skills, including smart phone and email, and Excellent time management skills Physical ability to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders/scaffolding, stoop, bend and walk on uneven surfaces, and have good hand dexterity Valid driver's license, car insurance, and a vehicle that can transport materials and tools such as a ladder and screen Ability to perform any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Competitive hourly rate starting at $24

Schedule:

Full time, Monday-Friday, typically 7:00am-3:30 pm, with one Saturday a month required
