Responsibilities Diagnose issues with mobile phones and other devices through thorough analysis and troubleshooting. Perform repairs on various mobile devices, including hardware and software issues. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently. Provide technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and questions regarding device functionality. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used to ensure inventory management. Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile technology and repair techniques. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Skills Proficient in field service operations related to mobile device repair. Experience in retail sales, providing excellent customer service. Strong knowledge of hand tools used in equipment repair. Technical support experience with the ability to troubleshoot software issues across various operating systems, including macOS. Ability to analyze problems effectively and implement appropriate solutions. Familiarity with soldering techniques for hardware repairs is a plus.
