Service Driver - Angelo's Towing (AAA Service Provider)Overview Angelo's Towing is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Driver to join our team. This position focuses on providing roadside assistance services, including battery testing, battery installations, lockouts, fuel delivery, and basic tire services. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and safety at all times. Duties Respond to roadside assistance calls promptly and professionally Perform battery testing, installations, and replacements Provide services such as lockouts, fuel delivery, and tire changes Communicate with members clearly, including providing accurate ETAs Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure positive survey results Accurately document all services performed and report through company systems Follow dispatch instructions and accept calls as assigned Keep service vehicle clean, stocked, and ready for operation Conduct basic inspections of equipment and report any issues Meet company performance standards for battery sales and testing Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Strong communication and customer service skills Basic mechanical knowledge (automotive experience preferred but not required) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow company procedures Requirements & Expectations Must follow all dispatch instructions and company policies No call refusals—drivers are expected to complete assigned calls Maintain professionalism with members at all times Meet or exceed company performance goals (battery testing & installs) Strong work ethic and team mindset required Why Join Angelo's Towing?
