Job Type:
Full-Time Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Field Installation Manager to oversee commercial door and gate service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with commercial door systems, troubleshooting, service repairs, estimating, scheduling, and crew coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily field operations and multiple active service jobs Troubleshoot and resolve commercial door and gate issues Coordinate installation and service crews Prepare estimates and scope project requirements Source parts, materials, and equipment Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
Requirements:
5+ years of commercial door industry experience Strong service, repair, and troubleshooting background Experience with commercial door systems such as: Automatic Doors Storefront Doors Hollow Metal Doors Overhead Doors Gates & Gate Operators Dock Equipment Ability to diagnose issues independently Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership or crew management experience Estimating experience Knowledge of ADA, fire-rated doors, and safety standards Experience with competitors such as
Vortex, Industrial Door Company, or R&S Doors Benefits:
