What We're Looking For We need a skilled Foreman to lead our crews on commercial door and gate projects. You'll be the go-to person on site, keeping the jobs moving, supporting your crew, and making sure everything is done safely and up to standard. If you know your way around doors and gates and enjoy mentoring others, this could be your spot. What You'll Do Lead and support a crew on installs and repairs for doors and gates (commercial, residential, hollow metal doors, storefront glass doors, and dock equipment — we'll train you on anything new). Keep projects on schedule and use resources wisely. Step in with your technical know-how to make sure jobs are done right. Walk job sites to check quality and safety. Team up with project managers and sales to keep customers happy. Train newer team members and help them grow. Keep safety front and center. Show up every day with the values we care about: hard work, good customer service, honesty, and positivity. What You Bring At least 4 years of hands-on experience with doors and gates. Leadership skills — people listen to you and trust your guidance. Comfort reading blueprints and job specs. A solid focus on safety. Problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. A good attitude and pride in doing quality work. Technical proficiency in overhead door and gate systems and equipment. Commercial /
